    Chill a coupe glass.

    Combine the blanco tequila, Campari, lime juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup in a shaker.

    Add ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds.

    Fine-strain into the chilled coupe.

  5. 5

    Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
