Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of My Bar Shelf — both the iOS app and the mybarshelf.com website. By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
My Bar Shelf is operated by Nisshagen Advisory AB (Org.nr 559526-6742), a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Nisshagen Advisory AB.

2. Your Account
To use the full features of My Bar Shelf, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use My Bar Shelf. By creating an account or signing up to the waitlist, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. What You Can Do
My Bar Shelf gives you tools to manage your home bar inventory, discover cocktail recipes, and track your tastings. You may use the app and the website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
4. User-Submitted Content
If you submit cocktail recipes or other content to the shared My Bar Shelf database, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the app. You retain ownership of content you create.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share it
- It does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- It does not contain harmful, offensive, or unlawful material
We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these terms.
5. What You Cannot Do
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the app's source code
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of My Bar Shelf require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. Pricing is displayed clearly before any purchase is made.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's or Google's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
7. Intellectual Property
My Bar Shelf, including its design, code, cocktail database, and branding, is owned by Nisshagen Advisory AB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
My Bar Shelf is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of cocktail recipes, product information, or taste profiles. Always drink responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
We are not responsible for any harm arising from the preparation or consumption of alcoholic beverages based on content within the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Nisshagen Advisory AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of My Bar Shelf.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you within the app and ask you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use My Bar Shelf. The version number and effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
