Peachy is a wonderfully sweet and fruity drink, reminiscent of classic peach candies.

    Pour all ingredients except the peach candy into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain the drink into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with peach candy.

This recipe is Drinkoteket's interpretation of a drink served at the restaurant Pinchos. For best results, shake the drink, but it can also be built directly in a glass if no shaker is available. Simple syrup is made with 3 parts sugar and 2 parts water.
