Sweet Red Vermouth30 ml
Amer Picon or Amaro Ramazzotti7.5 ml
Orange Bitters
Orange Twist

    Combine the rye, sweet vermouth and amaro in a mixing glass.

    Add two dashes of orange bitters.

  3. 3

    Add ice and stir for 25–30 seconds until well chilled.

  4. 4

    Strain into a chilled coupe.

  5. 5

    Express an orange twist over the surface and drop it in.
