Combine the white rum, cognac, orange juice, lemon juice and orgeat in a shaker.

Add crushed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.

Pour unstrained into a large glass or tiki bowl.

Top with more crushed ice.

Garnish with a gardenia or an orange wheel and a mint sprig.
