Irish Whiskey45 ml
Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
Elderflower Liqueur15 ml
Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Cucumber Slices
Glas
Coupe glass

Metod
  1. 1

    Muddle two cucumber slices in the base of a shaker.

    Add the Irish whiskey, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur and simple syrup.

  3. 3

    Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.

  4. 4

    Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

  5. 5

    Garnish with a cucumber slice on the rim.
