Add 4–5 fresh strawberries to a blender and blend briefly to a rough purée.
Add 60ml white rum, 30ml fresh lime juice, and 15ml simple syrup to the blender.
Add a generous scoop of crushed ice (approximately 1 cup).
Blend on high for 20–25 seconds until smooth and thick.
Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim and serve immediately.
