Spritz

The classic Aperol Spritz ratio is 3-2-1: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, one part soda - always build in that order to protect the bubbles and keep the drink lively to the last sip.

Ingredients
Prosecco90 ml
Aperol60 ml
Soda Water
Ice Cubes
Orange Slice
Glassware
wine glass
Chilled.
Method
  1. 1

    Fill a large wine glass generously with ice cubes.

    Pour in the Aperol.

  3. 3

    Add the Prosecco and stir once or twice, very gently, to combine without losing carbonation.

    Top with a splash of soda water.

  5. 5

    Garnish with a fresh orange slice on the rim or inside the glass.
