From the Bartender

The Americano is the direct predecessor of the Negroni - legend has it that Count Camillo Negroni simply asked for his Americano with gin instead of soda water. It was also famously James Bond's first drink order in the original Ian Fleming novels.

Spritz
Prosecco

Spritz

Bittersweet and vibrantly effervescent, with sun-ripened orange, delicate herbal bitterness, and the crisp, floral lift of Prosecco. Light, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink.

Bicicletta
Campari

Bicicletta

Grapefruit-pith bitterness from the Campari cut with crisp, dry white wine — considerably drier and more bracing than an Aperol Spritz, and much less sweet.

Spritz Al Bitter
Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco

Spritz Al Bitter

Bracingly bitter and herbal upfront, with the fine bubbles of Prosecco lifting delicate notes of orange peel and alpine botanicals - dry, effervescent, and irresistibly refreshing.

Negroni
Gin

Negroni

A perfectly balanced trifecta of bitter, sweet, and botanical - Campari's vivid citrus bitterness meets the herbal richness of sweet vermouth and the crisp, juniper-forward depth of gin, finishing long, aromatic, and warming.
