Ingredients
White Rum40 ml
Passoa20 ml
Lime Juice30 ml
Passion Fruit Syrup15 ml
Peach Bitters2 dashes
Mint Sprig
Glassware
Whiskey Sour Glass
Chilled.
Method

    Add 40ml white rum, 20ml Passoa, 30ml fresh lime juice, 15ml passion fruit syrup, and 2 dashes of peach bitters to a cocktail shaker.

    Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

    Fill a whiskey sour glass with crushed ice.

    Strain the cocktail over the crushed ice.

    Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
