Blueberry Mojito

For a deeper berry color and flavor, let the muddled blueberries sit with the lime juice and syrup for 30 seconds before adding ice - this gives the juice time to fully extract before dilution.

Ingredients
White Rum60 ml
Lime Juice30 ml
Simple Syrup15 ml
Fresh Blueberries
Mint Leaves8
Lemon-Lime Soda90 ml
Mint Sprig
Lime Half Slice
Glassware
Highball glass
Chilled.
Method

    Add 8–10 fresh blueberries, 8 mint leaves, 30ml lime juice, and 15ml simple syrup to a highball glass.

    Muddle gently to release the blueberry juices and bruise the mint without shredding it.

    Fill the glass with crushed ice.

    Pour in 60ml white rum and stir briefly to combine.

    Top with 90ml lemon-lime soda and give one gentle stir to integrate.

    Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a half slice of lime on the rim.
