From the Bartender

The Paradise was popularised by Harry Craddock in The Savoy Cocktail Book (1930). For best results, use a well-balanced London Dry gin and a quality apricot liqueur such as Giffard Abricot du Roussillon - the better the apricot component, the more harmonious the drink.

English Rose Cocktail

Floral and stone-fruit forward, with apricot sweetness and gin botanicals dancing over a dry herbal backbone from the vermouth, while bright lemon acidity and a whisper of grenadine give the finish an elegantly tart, garden-party charm.

Angel Face

Angel Face

A deceptively elegant blend where botanical gin mingles with lush stone fruit sweetness and crisp apple brandy, creating a smooth, fruity-floral experience with a warming, complex finish that belies its dangerously drinkable nature.

Clover Club

Bright and refreshing with a silky, frothy texture, the Clover Club balances botanical gin against tart lemon and sweet-fruity raspberry. The egg white adds a luxurious mouthfeel that softens the citrus edge into something elegant and floral.

Aviation

Delicately floral and citrusy with the perfumed essence of violette dancing above bright lemon tartness, this elegant cocktail offers a subtly sweet, botanical complexity that finishes dry and refreshingly light with hints of cherry almond from the maraschino.
