Black Russian

Created in 1949 by Belgian barman Gustave Tops at the Hotel Metropole in Brussels, reportedly in honor of Perle Mesta, the U.

Ingredients
Vodka50 ml
Coffee Liqueur20 ml
Ice Cubes
Glassware
Old Fashioned Glass
Chilled.
Method

    Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes.

    Pour 50ml vodka over the ice.

  3. 3

    Add 20ml coffee liqueur.

  4. 4

    Stir gently for 5–8 seconds to combine and lightly chill.

    Serve immediately.
