Stork Club Cocktail

Ingredients
Hayman's London Dry Gin30 ml
Triple sec liqueur30 ml
Orange juice30 ml
Lime juice15 ml
Orange Bitters4 ml
Saline solution
Glassware
Coupe glass
Chilled.
Method

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist. SHAKE all ingredients with ice. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
