Fresh Mint Leaves
Hayman's London Dry Gin60 ml
Lime Juice15 ml
Ginger Liqueur10 ml
Rich Sugar Syrup5 ml
Thomas Henry Ginger Beer75 ml
Ice
Lime Wedge
Mint Sprig
Glassware
Collins
Chilled.
Method
  1. 1

    SHAKE all ingredients (excluding ginger beer) with ice. FINE STRAIN into a chilled Collins glass. TOP with ginger beer. FILL glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs bouquet.
