Peach Schnapps20 ml
Fresh Orange Juice40 ml
Cranberry Juice40 ml
Ice Cubes
Half Orange Slice

Method

Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes.

Pour the vodka directly over the ice.

Add the peach schnapps.

Pour in the fresh orange juice.

Slowly pour the cranberry juice last to create a layered gradient effect.

Garnish with a half orange slice on the rim and serve with a straw.

Pour the cranberry juice last and let it sink slowly for a beautiful sunset gradient - stir only at the table if the guest prefers a blended colour. Using freshly squeezed orange juice makes a noticeable difference over carton juice.
