Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Add 30ml vodka and 30ml blue curaçao.
Top with 100ml lemonade and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a pick and serve immediately.
The vivid blue color is entirely natural to the blue curaçao - no food coloring needed. For a sharper, more authentic tartness, swap store-bought lemonade for freshly squeezed lemon juice topped with soda water.
