Ingredients
Overproof white rum45 ml
Lime juice15 ml
Rich sugar syrup30 ml
Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Chilled water60 ml
Orange slice wheel
Maraschino cherry
Glassware
Collins glass
Chilled.
Method

    Add overproof white rum, lime juice, rich sugar syrup, Angostura bitters, and chilled water to a shaker with ice.

    Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

    Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

    Garnish with a skewered orange slice wheel and maraschino cherry sail. Serve immediately.
