From the Bartender

The Rosita's intriguing origin story involves cocktail writer Gary 'gaz' Regan, who, after being introduced to the recipe, eventually discovered it in his own book, 'The Bartender's Bible', despite having initially forgotten its inclusion. He added his signature touch of bitters and a bit more tequila to the original 1974 'Mr. Boston Official Bartender's Guide' recipe.
