Ingredients
Maraschino Cherry
Glassware
Coupe glass
Chilled.
Method

    Combine the Scotch, sweet vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass.

    Add ice and stir for 25–30 seconds.

  3. 3

    Strain into a chilled coupe.

  4. 4

    Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
