Ingredients
Scotch Whisky30 ml
Sweet Vermouth30 ml
Angostura Bitters2 dashes
Simple Syrup5 ml

Chilled.
Method

    Combine Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, and simple syrup in a mixing glass.

    Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir steadily for 25–30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
