From the Bartender

A pre-Prohibition Scotch cocktail that has never quite had its revival. Ruby port rather than tawny keeps the fruit fresh; tawny makes it nuttier and heavier, which is a legitimate variation for deep winter.

Smoky and spirit-forward, with the peaty depth of Scotch softened by the herbal sweetness of two vermouths in perfect balance. Aromatic bitters add a warming spice backbone and a long, complex finish.

Flying Scotchman

Smoky Scotch meets rich, herbal vermouth in a warming, spirit-forward embrace, with aromatic bitters adding depth and complexity and a touch of simple syrup rounding out the dry, oak-laced finish.

Dry Rob Roy
Scotch Whisky

Dry Rob Roy

Smoky, spirit-forward Scotch mingles with herbal, bone-dry vermouth for a lean and brooding sipper with a whisper of botanicals. The expressed lemon peel lifts the finish with bright citrus oils, leaving a clean, warming close with lingering notes of oak.

Prince Edward

Honey and heather from the Drambuie held in check by Lillet's quinine and citrus, the Scotch's cereal note running underneath the whole thing.
