Ingredients
Gin45 ml
Apple Brandy15 ml
Lemon Juice15 ml
Grenadine10 ml
Egg White
Maraschino Cherry
Glassware
Cocktail glass
Chilled.
Method

    Combine gin, apple brandy, lemon juice, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker without ice.

    Add the egg white and dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify.
