Michelada

The soy sauce is an unorthodox but effective addition - it deepens the umami backbone without adding obvious saltiness, acting almost like a seasoning rather than a flavor.

Ingredients
Mexican Lager120 ml
Tomato Juice120 ml
Lime Juice30 ml
Hot Sauce2 dashes
Worcestershire Sauce2 dashes
Soy Sauce2 dashes
Coarse Salt
Lime Wedge
Glassware
Pint Glass
Chilled.
Method

    Run a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled pint glass and roll the rim in coarse salt.

    Add the lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce directly into the glass.
