Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vodka, amaretto, sloe gin, and triple sec.
Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a shot glass or serve over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Add cranberry juice and stir briefly to combine.
Serve immediately.
The sloe gin is the secret backbone here - its dark berry tartness stops the drink from tipping into cloying sweetness, so don't skip it or substitute with a neutral gin. Keep the cranberry to a true splash (about 15ml) to maintain the vivid color without diluting the punch.
