Add Galliano, triple sec, fresh orange juice, and heavy cream into a cocktail shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and emulsified.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Serve immediately.
Equal parts of all four ingredients is the classic IBA spec, but many bartenders nudge the cream down to 10ml to keep the drink from feeling too heavy - the orange juice already provides plenty of body. Double straining is essential here to catch any ice shards that would dilute the creamy texture.
