Blind Russian

For a thicker, more milkshake-like texture, substitute whole milk with heavy cream or half-and-half - the extra fat binds the liqueurs beautifully and elevates the mouthfeel considerably.

Ingredients
Baileys Irish Cream90 ml
Godiva Chocolate Liqueur90 ml
Kahlua90 ml
Butterscotch Schnapps30 ml
Whole Milk120 ml
Glassware
Collins glass
Chilled.
Method

    Fill a Collins glass with ice and set aside.

    Combine Baileys Irish Cream, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Kahlua, and butterscotch schnapps in a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add whole milk and shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds.

    Strain into the prepared Collins glass over ice and serve immediately.
