French Martini

The frothy, mousse-like foam that crowns a well-shaken French Martini comes from the natural bromelain enzymes in fresh pineapple juice - a great reason to always use fresh or cold-pressed rather than shelf-stable juice.

Ingredients
Vodka45 ml
Black Raspberry Liqueur15 ml
Pineapple Juice37.5 ml
Pineapple Wedge
Raspberry
Glassware
Martini Glass
Chilled.
Method

    Add vodka, black raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

    Fine-strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. 4

    Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim or float a single raspberry in the center of the drink.
