Ford Cocktail

Ingredients
Old Tom Gin45 ml
Dry Vermouth45 ml
Bénédictine
Orange Bitters
Orange Twist
Glassware
Coupe glass
Chilled.
Method
  1. 1

    Chill a coupe glass.

  2. 2

    Combine the Old Tom gin and dry vermouth in a mixing glass.

  3. 3

    Add two dashes of Bénédictine and two dashes of orange bitters.

  4. 4

    Add ice and stir for 25 seconds.

  5. 5

    Strain into the chilled coupe and express an orange twist over the surface.
