Brooklyn
Rye Whiskey

Brooklyn

Spirit-forward and dry, with a spicy rye backbone softened by herbal dry vermouth and a delicate almond-cherry sweetness from Maraschino, while Angostura bitters weave in warming spice and aromatic depth. The finish is long, smooth, and distinctly pre-Prohibition in its elegant complexity.

Remember the Maine

Rich and spirit-forward with a spicy rye backbone, plush cherry sweetness, and aromatic vermouth depth - the absinthe rinse adds a haunting herbal whisper that lingers on the finish.

Vieux Carré
Rye Whiskey

Vieux Carré

Rich and spirit-forward with a warming interplay of rye spice and velvety cognac, underpinned by the bittersweet depth of sweet vermouth and the honeyed herbal complexity of Bénédictine, all lifted by the floral, anise-tinged bite of Peychaud's bitters.

Sazerac
Rye Whiskey

Sazerac

Bold and spirit-forward with warming rye spice, a ghostly whisper of anise from the absinthe rinse, and the distinctive floral-bitter depth of Peychaud's bitters. A bright snap of lemon oil on the nose ties it all together.
