Gosling's Black Seal Dark Rum60 ml
Ginger Beer120 ml
Lime Wedge

Highball Glass
Chilled.
Method

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour 120ml of ginger beer into the glass.

Slowly pour 60ml of Gosling's Black Seal Dark Rum over the back of a bar spoon to float it on top of the ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and serve immediately without stirring.
