Cosmonaut Cocktail

Ingredients
London Dry Gin60 ml
Fresh lemon juice22.5 ml
Raspberry jam
Skewered raspberry
Glassware
Coupe glass

    Pre-chill a coupe glass. Prepare a skewered raspberry garnish and set aside.

    Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and raspberry jam directly into the base of a cocktail shaker.

    Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.

    Fine-strain into the chilled coupe glass.
