Method
  1. 1

Chill a 2 oz shot glass or pony glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.

  2. 2

Pour 20 ml of Midori melon liqueur into the bottom of the glass.

  3. 3

Hold a bar spoon just above the Midori layer and slowly pour 20 ml of Goldschlager over the back of the spoon to float it as the second layer.

  4. 4

Hold the bar spoon just above the Goldschlager layer and slowly pour 20 ml of Jägermeister over the back of the spoon to float it as the top layer.

  5. 5

Serve immediately without stirring to preserve the distinct green, gold, and red layers.

From the Bartender

The layering order is critical and counterintuitive: Goldschlager (density ~1.10) sinks below Jägermeister (~1.07), so pour Goldschlager second and Jägermeister last to achieve the correct flag colors from bottom to top - green, gold, red. Chilling the glass slows mixing and helps the layers hold.

Flaming Lamborghini

A theatrical collision of sweet coffee liqueur and anise-forward sambuca creates an intensely sweet, warming experience, while creamy Irish cream softens the edges and blue curaçao adds a subtle bitter orange whisper to this rich, dessert-like spectacle.
