Ingredients
Absinthe30 ml
Tequila Blanco30 ml
Grenadine15 ml
Glassware
Shot glass
Chilled.
Method

    Pour 30ml of absinthe into the bottom of a shot glass.

    Place a bar spoon just above the surface of the absinthe and slowly pour 30ml of tequila blanco over the back of the spoon to create a distinct second layer.

    Place the bar spoon just above the tequila layer and gently pour 15ml of grenadine over the back of the spoon to create the final top layer.

    Serve immediately as a layered shot without stirring.
