Cognac30 ml
Crème de Cacao (Brown)30 ml
Fresh Cream30 ml
Ice Cubes
Fresh Ground Nutmeg
Glassware

Chilled.
Method

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

    Add cognac, crème de cacao, and fresh cream.

  3. 3

    Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and combined.

    Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish with a light dusting of freshly ground nutmeg on top.
