Strawberry Liqueur25 ml
Simple Syrup5 ml
Lemon Juice10 ml
Champagne100 ml

    Muddle the strawberries in a shaker.

    Add light rum, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake.

    Strain into a glass and top with champagne.

    Stir gently and garnish.
