Toasted Almond

An American 1970s creation and the best of the creamy liqueur family that mostly deserved to be forgotten.

Ingredients
Amaretto30 ml
Coffee Liqueur30 ml
Single Cream60 ml
Glassware
Old-fashioned glass
Chilled.
Method

    Combine the amaretto, coffee liqueur and cream in a shaker.

    Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds until well chilled and thickened.

  3. 3

    Strain over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass.

  4. 4

    Serve without garnish.
