Method

Add vodka, coffee liqueur, amaretto, Irish cream liqueur, whipping cream, and milk to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and combined.

Fill a hurricane glass with crushed ice.

Strain the cocktail over the crushed ice.

Dust the surface lightly with cocoa powder and serve immediately.

The Screaming Orgasm is essentially a Built-On-Ice Orgasm - the addition of cream and milk softens the sweetness of the liqueurs considerably, so use full-fat whipping cream and whole milk for the richest texture and best mouthfeel.
