The Tipperary first appeared in Hugo Ensslin's 1916 'Recipes for Mixed Drinks' and is one of the earliest cocktails to feature Green Chartreuse as a modifier. Dropping the Angostura bitters - which are not traditional to the original recipe - lets the Chartreuse's 130 botanical notes shine without interference.
My Bar Shelf reads your shelf and shows you every cocktail you can make from what you already own, including Tipperary.
