Terroir Volcanique; 15 ml Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum; 7.5 ml Difford's Falernum liqueur; 7.5 ml Pimento dram/Allspice liqueur; 15 ml Lime juice; 15 ml Orange juice; 15 ml Honey syrup; 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters; Crushed ice; Skewered blueberries and pineapple slice

Named after Morse Code for victory, Three Dots and a Dash was created during WWII by Ernest Raymond Beaumont Gantt, better known as Don Beach at his Don the Beachcomber's restaurant.

Rhum J.M. Terroir Volcanique45 ml

Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum15 ml

Difford's Falernum liqueur7.5 ml

Pimento dram/Allspice liqueur7.5 ml

Lime juice15 ml

Orange juice15 ml

Honey syrup15 ml

Angostura Aromatic Bitters2 dashes

Crushed ice

Skewered blueberries and pineapple slice

Glassware

Tiki mug or collins

Chilled.

Method

1
Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS. Prepare garnish of 3 skewered blueberries and a long thin slice of pineapple to illustrate the name. FLASH- BLEND all ingredients with 7oz scoop of crushed ice and pour into Tiki mug / collins or sling glass. Garnish with skewered fruit. Serve with a straw.
