Advocaat45 ml
Lemonade120 ml

Lemon Slice

Chilled.
Method

Place one large ice cube into a highball glass.

Pour 45ml of advocaat over the ice.

Top with 120ml of chilled lemonade, pouring slowly down the side of the glass to preserve the fizz.

Gently stir once to combine without deflating the carbonation.
- 5
Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim and serve immediately.

The Snowball became a British Christmas staple in the 1970s, largely thanks to Warninks advocaat. For a more balanced drink, a small squeeze of fresh lime juice added before topping with lemonade cuts the sweetness beautifully and is considered the traditional finishing touch.
