From the Bartender

The Revolver was created by Jon Santer in San Francisco in the early 2000s and is widely credited as one of the cocktails that helped legitimise coffee liqueur as a serious cocktail ingredient. The flamed orange zest is essential - not just decorative - as its expressed oils dramatically lift the aroma on the nose.

Left Hand
Bourbon Whiskey

Left Hand

Rich and spirit-forward with a bittersweet backbone, the Left Hand layers warming bourbon against herbal red bitter and silky vermouth, finished with a lingering dark chocolate depth that makes each sip feel indulgently complex.

Espresso Old Fashioned
Bourbon Whiskey

Espresso Old Fashioned

Oak, vanilla and char from the bourbon with the espresso sitting directly on top of the barrel notes, so it drinks darker and drier than an Old Fashioned rather than sweeter.

Hunter
Bourbon whiskey

Hunter

Rich and warming, with bold bourbon at the fore and waves of dark cherry sweetness deepened by maraschino's almond-kissed nuttiness. A bright citrus oil finish from expressed orange zest lifts the whole glass and keeps it from feeling heavy.

Monte Carlo
Straight Rye Whiskey

Monte Carlo

Warming and spirit-forward, with rye's peppery spice softened by Bénédictine's rich herbal sweetness - hints of honey, dried herbs, and gentle citrus oil linger through a long, dry finish.
