Quarter Deck Cocktail
CLASSIC · LIGHT RUM

Quarter Deck Cocktail

Sherry choice matters here - an amontillado brings hazelnut depth while a fino keeps things bone-dry and saline; avoid cream sherry, which will overwhelm the lime and throw the balance off entirely.
