CLASSIC · DEL MAGUEY VIDA CLÁSICO MEZCAL

Naked & Famous

Built on equal parts, the Naked & Famous is a modern mezcal classic that weaves together smoky agave spirit, bittersweet aperitivo, tart lime, and the honeyed herb of Yellow Chartreuse into something genuinely greater than the sum of its parts.

From the Bartender

Created by bartender Joaquín Simó at Death & Co in New York around 2011, the Naked & Famous is a textbook equal-parts build - a structure borrowed directly from the Last Word - proving that swapping gin for mezcal and green Chartreuse for yellow can yield an entirely new classic in its own right.

Closing Argument
Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal

Closing Argument

Smoky and herbaceous up front, with the mezcal's earthy char weaving through bright lime acidity and the alpine complexity of Chartreuse, finishing with a whisper of cherry sweetness from the maraschino.

Division Bell
Mezcal (Del Maguey Vida Clásico)

Division Bell

Smoky and bittersweet on the nose, with a citrus-forward palate that layers mezcal earthiness against the floral cherry notes of Maraschino and a clean, dry lime finish.

London Calling
London Dry Gin

London Calling

Bright and citrus-forward with a dry, almost savory edge from the fino sherry, undercut by herbal gin botanicals and a whisper of bitter orange. The grapefruit zest lifts the finish into something aromatic and refreshingly complex.

Trident
Aquavit

Trident

Caraway and dill from the aquavit, saline almond from the fino, and Cynar's earthy bitterness underneath — savoury, dry and completely unlike anything else.
