Grand Marnier rather than plain triple sec is the point — the cognac base is what gives it weight.

Perfect-martini structure — the two vermouths cancelling each other's extremes — with orange and lemon adding lift and the bitters pulling everything toward dry.

Hanky Panky
London Dry Gin

Hanky Panky

Rich and spirit-forward with juniper-driven gin meeting the lush sweetness of red vermouth, undercut by Fernet's intensely bitter, menthol-herbal punch. The finish is long, complex, and warming with a bittersweet aromatic depth.

Satan's Whiskers
London Dry Gin

Satan's Whiskers

Overwhelmingly orange in the best sense — three different expressions of it layered over a low, herbal vermouth base, finishing dry rather than sweet.

Corpse Reviver No. 1

Baked apple and dried apricot over cognac's grape sweetness, the vermouth adding bitter herbs and a long, warming, faintly leathery finish.
