Saratoga
Cognac

Saratoga

Grape and grain arguing productively — cognac bringing dried fruit and florality, rye bringing pepper, vermouth holding the middle with bitter herbs and vanilla.

Vieux Carré
Rye Whiskey

Vieux Carré

Rich and spirit-forward with a warming interplay of rye spice and velvety cognac, underpinned by the bittersweet depth of sweet vermouth and the honeyed herbal complexity of Bénédictine, all lifted by the floral, anise-tinged bite of Peychaud's bitters.

Bijou
Gin

Bijou

A jewel-toned marvel that mingles botanical gin with honeyed sweet vermouth and the intensely complex herbal power of green Chartreuse, building layers of sweet spice, alpine herbs, and citrus. The finish is long, warming, and spirit-forward, with lingering notes of anise, honey, and a whisper of orange bitters adding aromatic brilliance.

Sazerac
Rye Whiskey

Sazerac

Bold and spirit-forward with warming rye spice, a ghostly whisper of anise from the absinthe rinse, and the distinctive floral-bitter depth of Peychaud's bitters. A bright snap of lemon oil on the nose ties it all together.
