Cablegram

Lemon and sugar around a soft bourbon centre, then dry ginger stretching it out — a sour that keeps going instead of finishing in three sips.

Irish Buck
Irish Whiskey

Irish Buck

Soft orchard fruit and light grain from the whiskey with lime doing most of the structural work, the ginger ale sweeter and gentler than ginger beer would be.

Mamie Taylor
Blended Scotch Whisky

Mamie Taylor

Ginger heat over smoke and cereal, lime keeping the whole thing tight, and a dry, spicy finish that is more grown-up than any Mule.

Cognac

Cocktail Horse's Neck

Warming cognac mingles with fiery ginger beer and a whisper of aromatic bitters, lifted by fragrant citrus oils from the lemon spiral. The finish is effervescent and refreshing with lingering notes of oak, vanilla, and peppery ginger heat.
