Honi Honi

This recipe is adapted from Victor Bergeron's 1972 Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide.

Ingredients
Bourbon whiskey50 ml
Triple sec liqueur10 ml
Lime juice15 ml
Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup10 ml
Rich sugar syrup5 ml
Pineapple wedge
Maraschino cherry
Mint sprigs
Glassware
Double old-fashioned
Chilled.
Method
  1. 1

    Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry & mint sprigs bouquet. SHAKE all ingredients with ice. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and mint sprigs bouquet.
