Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Pour 60ml of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum over the ice.
Top with approximately 120ml of ginger ale, pouring gently down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.
Briefly stir once to combine.
Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink, then drop it in as garnish.
For extra ginger punch, swap ginger ale for ginger beer - it sharpens the spice contrast with the rum and adds a more assertive bite without changing the build at all.
