Ingredients
Dubonnet Rouge45 ml
Gin30 ml
Angostura Bitters2 dashes
Lemon Peel
Glassware
Cocktail glass
Chilled.
Method

    Combine Dubonnet Rouge, gin, and bitters in a mixing glass.

    Fill with ice and stir for approximately 20–25 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  4. 4

    Express a lemon peel twist over the surface, run it around the rim, and drop it into the glass.
